This dish was also inspired by the Valentine’s Day dinner we enjoyed @bauhausrestaurant recently.
I have never paired lobster and cauliflower before. I like it! Thanks Bauhaus for the inspiration.
The leek and cauliflower purée was divine. Recipe below...
Sautée one leek and one onion in 2 tbsp butter until translucent. Add 1 cauliflower and 1 cup light cream. Simmer on low heat until cauliflower is tender. Blend everything in the blender until smooth. Return to the pot and simmer on low heat until your protein is ready. Enjoy!
