1 very ripe banana
1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled & pitted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tablespoons 100% dark cocoa powder
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth.
2. Pour the pudding into serving bowls.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for the texture & flavor to develop, at least 1 hour.
4. Top with desired toppings (i.e. @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips, fresh fruit, unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, nuts).
