🥩 Man it feels great to break this fast in the right way! (Macros & food at the bottom)
I’ve decided I’m going to take the jump and go full keto. I’m leaning towards following the Cyclical Ketogenic Diet (CKD). After doing this 7-day water only fast this is the best I’ve felt both mentally and physically in a long time. It’s kind of odd, but all of the nagging injuries with you shoulder, groin, and knee have completely gone away. I not going to attribute all of this to keto water challenge, but I believe it’s been a major factor in the process. I know for sure the swelling in my body and knee has been reduced dramatically due to this water fast!
Since I’ve tried keto before and decided to switch from it after a few months, this time around I’m really going to go all in and see what happens. I’ll be sharing the food, recipes, workouts(?) and my life as I follow this journey of building my company @landoflean, my mind, and body. But I want and need your help as well.
