When people ask me how I train abs ... do a set like this and they WILL BE ON FIRE ๐Ÿ˜ต bracing correctly + high volume sets = the biggest ab burn ever. I think my abs are my โ€œweak pointโ€ , genetically I donโ€™t have prominent abs so I do like to do extra ab exercises once to twice a week, more so for peace of mind really. I like weighted ones like cable crunches, seated twists and incline sit ups with a plate!
