STRAWBERRY PANACOTTA... 😍
This was one of our eid dessert n it is such a lovely refreshing and light dessert.. Fairly simple to make n perfect for this upcoming summer...
Panacotta!!! Ing: 1 /2 litre fresh cream,1 cupsugar,2tsp V.E,500g greek yogurt,2tsp gelatine,1/2cup water,1/2tsp china grass powder.
Boil the fresh cream,sugar and VE. Mix the gelatine,water and china grass seprately,thereafter add this to the fresh cream mixture.Boil again and leav to cool.Once cooled add the yogurt to the mixture.Pour into a pyrex to set.(U cud use those new dessert cups u get nwadays and set it in each 1 )
Strawberry Sauce Topping
1 punnet strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Liquidise the above ing and pour over !!
