The infamous Panjabi Kulfa Falooda (پنجابی قلفہ فلودہ). Great Desi Dessert! Please do try and let me know!⁣

Ingredients⁣
-------------------------⁣

- 600ml Double Cream⁣
- 400g Evaporated Milk⁣
- 400g Condensed Milk⁣
- 2 Slices of Bread⁣
- 10 Almonds⁣
- 4 Green Cardamoms (Seeds only)⁣
- 1 Cup Cornflour⁣
- 3 Cup Water⁣
- Rose Syrup (as required)⁣
- 3 tbsp Basil Seeds (soaked for 30mins)⁣

Method⁣
-------------------------⁣

1. Blend double cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, bread, almonds and cardamom seeds⁣
2. Pour into moulds and freeze for 8-10 hours⁣
3. Pour cornflour and water into a pan then mix⁣
4. Stir on a medium flame until it turns into a paste⁣
5. Pour contents from the pan into a spaghetti maker whilst still hot⁣
6. Make sure the spaghetti is made and put into a bowl of ice water straightaway to make seviyan⁣
7. Put the frozen kulfa into a bowl/plate then add seviyan, some basil seeds and rose syrup⁣

Follow the steps.
You can add spice according to your taste but I would suggest to add less spice. I cooked this in 1 kg. If you are cooking for more like 2 kg just double all indegrients. You can freeze it too. Just remember while reheating it add butter not oil.

1. Mix corn flour in beef strips.
2. Deep fry these strips.
3. In a pan add oil, ginger garlic, soya sauce, brown sugar, beef strips, spring onion, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt, add water & cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper & boiled corns.
5. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Serve with plain rice and your Mongolian Beef with rice is ready

- 1 tsp Garlic Paste⁣⁣
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder⁣⁣
- 1 tsp Salt⁣⁣
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric⁣⁣
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder⁣⁣
- 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes⁣⁣

PREPARATION
1. In a chopper add minced beef, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, Garam Masala, green chilies, fresh coriander.
2. Chop until well combined
3. Make small balls and fry until golden brown.
4. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil,  cabbage, capsicum, Soya sauce, black pepper
5. Cook for 5 min
6. For Pulao add oil in pan add bay leaf, cumin seeds, garlic, round red chilies, potatoes (fries).
7. Fry for 5 min.
8. Add 3 cups of water, salt, cover the pan and cook for 5 min
9. Add rice and cook for 10 to 15 min.
10. Add vegetables, meat balls
11. Cook for 10 min

CHEDDAR CHEESE ¼ CUP

LEHSAN GARLIC (CHOPPED) ½ TBSP PIYAZ ONION (CHOPPED) 1 MEDIUM QEEMZ MINCED MEAT (BEEF) 750 GRAMS
NAMAK SALT TO TASTE
KAALI MIRCH BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
TOMATO PASTE 2 TBSP
SHIMLA MIRCH CAPSICUM (CHOPPED) 1 MEDIUM
GAJAR CARROT (CHOPPED) 1 MEDIUM
MAIDA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 TBSP THYME (TO SPREAD)

PREPARATION
MASHED POTATOES:
1. Mash Potatoes.
2. Add butter, cheddar cheese, milk, egg yolk, salt & black pepper.
3. Mix well all the ingredients. MINCED MEAT:
1. In a pan, add oil, garlic & onions & sauté until translucent
2. Add minced meat, salt & pepper & cook for 5 minutes
3. Add tomato paste, capsicum, carrots & cook until tender.
4. Add all-purpose flour & bring to a simmer until mixture thickens.
5. Transfer into a baking dish.
6. Spread potato mixture.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes in pre heated 400 F (200C) oven.
Enjoy delicious Beef Pie on this Eid-ul-adha..!
