Omg it's only September! Where is my summer going 😭 it's already getting way to cold for me! I found myself taking too many breathers. Whether it’s moving to slow from one movement to the next, I could’ve gone faster. Start 'em young! Well, he started coming with me at 6 weeks but lately is wanting to join class.
I love how he wants to be involved but safety first. He did today's #enduranceWOD but for the class EMOM, he had to sit that one out. Too many KBS and people moving around.

Plenty of energy left over for his soccer game right after.
