POWERPUFF RICE CRISPS! you can eat a bunch of those without feeling guilty! Superquick, supereasy and superenergyboosting snack!
For 12 pieces you need:
- 5 ricewaffles
- half of a vegan chocolate bar (at least 80% cacao)
- 2 spoons agave syrup
- 2 spoons of 100% peanut butter
- 2 spoons virgin coconut oil
- handfull of chopped raisins and nuts
- 5 big medjool dates
Crumble the ricewaffles, melt the coconut oil and the chocolate. Put everything togheter untill you get a sticky mixture and at the rest of the ingredients. Get a small tray, coat with bakingpaper and put the mixture in the tray. Press realy hard, untill it becomes a thick mega bar that covers the whole bottom. It has to be around 3 cm thick. Let it set in the fridge for 30mins.... and then just cut the sizes you like!
