𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 + 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: “𝐈 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞”
I have traveled everywhere. I have walked the land and seen the depths of the sea. A beauty that stretches across every inch. Rainforests, jungles, cities and towns. Trains, planes, cars and buses. Streams, rivers, lakes and oceans. Big submarines, small submarines, Cruise ships, and boats. I have seen it, heard it, smelt it, tasted it, touched it and lived it all. This vast landscape has brought me the greatest experiences and lessons I have ever known. But now the sun sets in its orange glow, and there will be darkness. A slight rain pelts my oaken window here in Paris, edges fogged, with my dark desk against the sill. A lone lamp on my right pierces across on my map and journal, and in the other corner sits a chest of notes and crystal skull, nestled. The 373rd entry is complete, but not my travels. Moving along the countries, I wasn’t sightseeing, having food, and taking pictures for nothing. I was looking for something that parted. Something that I lost long ago. A diamond filled sky of azure, painted across the independent sea. I was looking for you.
