What is the main factor for having a good day?
Once your figure out that, nothing at least most of the stuff can go wrong.
For example, I, like never before, realise that sleep for me is a key to everything. If I don’t get enough sleep I can’t wake up on time, my morning workout is shitty, I forget things, I make mistakes at work, I don’t feel energised and motivated, I snack and overeat and basically everything that is important for me to feel that there was a meaning to my day and I actually progressed —> went just wrong. And I am feeling like a waste of skin.
And once we realise what is absolutely non negotiable number one for us, it’s important to put an execution plan in place to make sure every day we tick the box and feel good about our life.
