Today was going good. I was eating good. Breakfast: banana pancakes
Lunch: omelette + coffee
Snack: small bread
I’ve been snacking other stuff here and there but then dinner came FUXK! I hate this day I ate 4 halves of crabs slathered with sauce and like 1/2-1 cup of rice NOOOOOO!!! Why did I do this? I’ll restart tomorrow. And next week will be the final judgment. I shall be strict with myself and my eating habits.
