Jason who watched me make my “shake” daily and has been having one daily now for about 3 weeks told me last night that “I could drink this 3xs a day”! Ok, hold up, where did he come from? His shake of choice currently is chocolate, peanut butter banana, yummmm!
I enjoyed chocolate-blueberry this morning, deliciousness.
Cafe Latte, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, Greenberry, Tropical Strawberry & also many Vegan varieties as well. And I am learning about some new foods that I have never heard of before and where they come from. Such as Lycium Berry, say what? Or perhaps you have heard of Goji berries? Ok, I have but no clue until recently what it was.
It is a good source of vitamin C & A, fiber, iron, zinc & antioxidants, and is from a tree in southeastern Europe & Asia.
Hmmm, I do believe we all need that in our diet right?
So basically 5.5 tablespoons of my daily dose of dense nutrition, yep in 5.5 tablespoons of something. Not pills, not additional supplements, no, just pure whole foods that have been formulated for my body to process.
