Let's talk about one of the reasons start a fitness or healthier lifestyle and stop after a while.
This has happened to me many many times. I'll be good for a while, cheat or fall off the wagon and, disappointed in myself, go back to my old ways.
Last week was my birthday week (that alone is enough) and I also went to Mexico for five days. Knowing myself I knew I was going to go all out in the eating. And I did. (I'm not being a good example right now, am I?!) Now I could have worked out while I was there, but c'mon, who works out while on vacation? Not I! If you do, major cuddos to you!
What I'm trying to say is, don't be so hard on yourself, have that cake once in a while and if you fall off the wagon for multiple days like I just did, just enjoy it and tomorrow is a new day! Just get back on track.
Now I'm not saying eat good for a week, fall off the wagon for another and keep doing that all the time. Like everything in life, it's all about balance. I also feel that, since we are creatures of habit, once you create that habit of making healthier lifestyle decisions, you probably won't fall off the wagon that often or for that long. I myself aren't there yet.
We aren't here to be judges, we are here to encourage, uplift and motivate each other.
So if you fell, we are here to get you back on!! 💪🏽💪🏽 Xoxo,
