Welcome to Club 100 Raz and welcome back from Japan Liana These ladies dominated in our Factory Fit session today despite a few nasty combinations in there (sorry, not sorry ) Completing 100 of our sessions is no easy feat but Raz has done it with a smile on her face amd fantastic attitude. She has worked through injuries and setbacks yet never given up! She is an amazing role model for her two young boys who can be so proud of their mummy!
#repost “Nice exercise here to work on lower body explosiveness. No matter what type of training you do you should train your body in every way. Power, speed, strength, shape, endurance, stability and flexibility. Don’t be 1 or 2 dimensional.” Give my man @coach_randy_franklin a follow, cooking up good stuff! I’ll be doing shout outs of my favorite friend athletes twice a week! Stay tuned
~•☆•~ Each of us has a FIRE in our HEARTS for something. It's our GOAL on LIFE to find it and keep it LIT. ~•☆•~ Finally!!! First Outdoor Ride of the Season. I love training with others of like minds. We work harder together than we would on our own.
Triathlon might be an individual sport, but we definately do not succeed on your own.
"My strength and endurance has improved tremendously. Last year in on ramp, I couldn’t do a single strict pull-up. Last week I did 20 strict pull ups after an Oly class and heavy deadlifts."
Massive milestone in my training today. The last time I attempted 150 for 3 I failed and a week later hurt my back. That was about a year ago, and today I got out 5 sets at the same weight. Perseverance is the most important factor to success. Now to get to 200 before preseason starts #typhon#persevere
It’s the worst kept secret in the running world: if you want to improve leg strength & endurance then you have to eat hill sprints for breakfast.
Here’s @preeti4542 Preeti’s results from hill sprints this morning right beside our gym. Picked a hill on Lithgow St that didn’t have an evil incline as steep as Awaba St, Balmoral as were just warming up.
