I've always supported training harder rather than longer! For example atm im doing my press ups on a wall. For the next round of 30 hopefully i can do them properly on floor. I plan to use a kettlebell during the wallsits... Training short but hard really blasts those muscles!
Wow! Don't know how I managed that. Haven't weighed since xmas eve (where I put on 3lb 🤦♀️🐷) and was off plan all over xmas and new year. I am going to be #blunt many of you don’t succeed because you don’t want it bad enough. You have to workout when the motivation is lacking and the muscles are hurting. You have to stick to the #mealplan if you are wanting to lose weight. You have to #shutoutthenoise and #focus. ANY QUESTIONS?
So unexpectedly (@clairepratt40 ) ended up eating out tonight as the theatre tickets we had for Guys and Dolls at the @millatsonning included dinner and we didn't realise!!! 🙈🙈🙈 I had made a syn free curry this morning which will be delicious over the weekend so we decided not to waste the experience. It was my first test eating out however ... so how did I do?
Steak night 😍 Picked up beef casserole instead of peppercorn sauce 🤦♀️ so had to make my own. Used a recipe online (not sw) that didn't have cream or yoghurt in (because i didn't have any) worked out the syns to be 11 for the whole thing. I only dipped and didn't even use half but going to count 5syns to be on the safe side. 😊
