Over 12weeks @a.d.m.fitness worked with Bride to be Penny Goldstone (@pennygoldstone) of @youyourwedding to see if she could achieve abs over a 12 week period.

I thought I had a "good" fitness level, going to gym classes three times a week, but to be honest I felt like I'd reached a bit of a rut where I wasn't seeing the results any more. That's until I started classes with Anthony, who proved that actually there was a lot more I could do! First off he taught me all about nutrition which was a big learning curve for me, and I realised that my previous diet, although not bad, was stopping me from building muscles. Then came the exercise. Yep, turns out I WASN'T that good as it was bloody hard! But they do say no pain, no gain. We alternated between HIIT, arms and abs/legs sessions to hit all body areas, three times a week. After a few weeks, I'm now happy to say that I'm stronger, and although the sessions are still by no means easy, they get easier, and I'm constantly pushing myself to try heavier weights so that it doesn't get too easy. I've discovered that I actually like doing weights, and I'm finally seeing changes in my body, more of a muscle definition and more importably, those abs are finally starting to show! "Penny" .
