😁Brush Teeth - this is such a simple tactic and so effective. Brushing your teeth after a meal gives you that mental signal that you're done eating for a period of time. Typically it's the last thing we do at night, so you won't actually think about eating again for a while

😃Big Meals - sounds obvious - but eat a big meal. For me over eating always comes between meals. The quick and easy snacks when I'm bored. So big meals keep me feeling full for longer, so even when I do get bored I don't have the appetite to eat

🔫Triggers - figure out what's causing it. For me it's boredom, for others its stress. Whatever it is for you - figure it out. You can't tackle a problem if you don't know the cause

🍩Treats - in the past I've struggled with over eating on snacks I felt deprived of. Craving chocolate but knowing I "can't have it". So if that's you - work them into your plan. It's better to have a little of something within your plan than a lot of it outside your plan!

😥Stress - Reducing your stress gets your head back in the game. It puts you in a better position to identify your triggers and come up with a better solution to your craving other than milling a jar of Nutella

So this is my snack for afternoon the app said nuts and a slice of cheese it turns out i only like cheese on pizza 😅 and the best thing that I can have as snack is fruit! Seriously I love fruit! And since I didn't had any for lunch... But let's go for what i am eating:
- 7g walnuts - 47kcal
- 7g almonds - 40kcal
- 6g peanuts - 34kcal
- 1 whole grain toast (remember that one I skipped at lunch) - 31kcal
- 56g of kiwi - 34kcal
- 130g of apple - 62kcal
This is a total of 249kcal

I've got pizza nutrition for days... Here's a fancy sounding one that's really just Chicken Pizza. If I know my Italian football then Forza means strength, so it's a strong pizza. Plenty of protein, moderate fats, bound to be saturates given the cheese and also ends up being quite salty. As pizzas go this is actually very respectable and i'd have no trouble justifying this as a dinner. The calories are reasonable too, as a lot are pushing towards 2000 kcal.

认识我比较久的人应该知道 我 减脂不止一次了, 但是唯有这一次减的比较开心, 或许是已经捉到诀窍了吧?也可以说是已经找到属于自己的平衡点了.
回到 问题, 在2017 年之前, 我会在想要减脂的期间避开 "精致淀粉",也就是所谓的甜点, 面,白饭,面包,蛋糕,饼干 ,还有白糖 我都会选择不吃. 我个人是很喜欢吃面和 面包的所以那时候会觉得自己蛮可怜的. 就想吃面包的时候都会告诉自己不能吃,真的一点都不吃哦.(啊,就因为当时我觉得我需要对自己比较严厉大腿才能瘦,结果是.....恩!大腿比较坚强. )我会这样的想法是因为我减脂很多次了, 每一次 全身 (除了大腿以外)都能成功瘦下来. 真的每一次 都可以瘦 , 其中原因应该就是我都采用调整饮食习惯的方法来减脂,当然也会搭配 运动. 注要的方法就是 把原本的随便吃,爱吃什么就吃的习惯改去吃健康的食物. 减脂那么多次,我从来就没有让自己饿过肚子, 即使12点半夜饿了想吃我还是 会吃 ,只是我不会像一般人那样去煮maggi 面,我会吃苹果,香蕉,或者勤劳一点就开火煎鸡蛋.
然后到今年开始,我觉得自己比较能掌握balance diet?大概就是 比较了解 零食,甜食,面包这些该吃多少才ok? 具体的实行模式是 :
零食,面包,甜点 我会让自己吃 . 每天吃都可以,但是, 我只会选我最想吃的那一个. 分量我也会控制. 以我的身高体重来说我会让自己吃 100-400(最多) 的零食/每一天. 条件是 剩下的卡路里我必须吃得健康. 然后在三餐的选择上我就不会吃面或白饭的了 ,会选吃糙米和燕麦吧.
最后, 有两个大重点就是 ,
1. 我是 不喝 甜饮的. 外面卖的糖太多了 . 身体一天只需要20g,一杯饮料最少都会有 30g 奶茶可以去到 70g. *水果或米饭本身就含糖的所以随便和一杯甜饮,当天的糖量一定爆表. *注意我不喝不代表我不喜欢喝, 我也很爱奶茶啊,曾经也每一天一杯,只是,当我了解食物的营养价值后我就只是偶尔,很想喝的时候再喝. 人的口味/饮食是可以改变的当你尝试不喝甜饮30天后,你会发现你对甜饮的欲望也会降低.
2. 我觉得吃"健康"的碳水是必须的(不要吃精致碳水就好). 人体本来就需要 碳水.

Does anyone actually prefer dried fruit over fresh fruit? Personally, the reason I love fresh fruit is because it tastes great and you can eat a lot of it for not too many calories. Dried fruit is the exact opposite. They basically remove all of the volume from it so you still get the calories without the benefit of it being filling. It’s like a sick joke 😂. This bag of dried strawberries weighs only 34 grams but has 29 grams of carbs. To get 29 grams of carbs from fresh strawberries, you could eat 380 grams. That’s over 11 times the amount of volume for the same calories.

Besides that, I’m a big advocate of fruit’s rights and can’t support the cruel treatment that poor fresh fruit goes through to become dried fruit. It reminds me of that Sponge Bob episode where he visits Sandy and there’s no water. Admit it. You’ve seen that episode and know exactly what I’m talking about 😁.

So here’s my results, just shy of 4 weeks I’ve managed to drop from 18.2% body Fat to 13.6% following my own diet plan & upping a bit of cardio.
My muscle quality & strength has pretty much stayed the same even tho I’m lighter now 😊

Back into the old swing of things and feeling amazing. Not the leanest I’ve ever been but so happy to find a routine that fits my work and school schedule while not sacrificing my health and fitness goals. .

Got a little lazy I guess back in the spring, I just was doing these light weight workouts and not progressing actually going backwards. I don’t regret it because that’s what a fitness journey is about. Nice to be back into the gym though, because for me that’s therapy. .

Started with a 8 minute warm up run and activation! 💡 activation is KEY 🔑 to a workout session and should be included at the beginning of all weighted session to help maximise muscle gain ☀️Changing the movements and exercises every 4-6 weeks ensures that your muscles don’t become use to the workout you are doing resulting in a plateau to your fitness goal 🥅 changing back squats to front squats results in different muscle in your legs being activated resulting in well rounded strength💪🏽 Additionally adding raised squats results in more muscles being activated (including calves, abdominals and glutes)
