I haven’t shared a hellofresh meal in awhile so I thought I would mention how much I LOVE my subscription . Now that I’ve been doing it for a few weeks I can say honestly that it’s probably not the best choice for someone who wants meals in a hurry. .
Chopping, preparing, using multiple dishes are all part of the process and it can be time consuming. .
However, I’m loving the introduction to new ingredients and spices and every meal has been new and delicious.
I’m also finding that with some of the more carb dense meals like this spinach and paneer over basmati, I can use smaller portions and pair with a simple salad then have leftovers for the next day.
