Final heavy squat session done
Last week I failed the first squat I can remember in over a year and its had a serious impact in the overall confidence in my squats. I was hoping today would be around the ‘200KG’ mark but I didn’t quite get there. Deadlifts tomorrow, light sessions for the rest of the week and taper next week. Time to get plenty of rest, find my groove agains and squat something decent in a couple of weeks!
