Make Progress βŒ›οΈ
Lately I’m learning how to elevate my #focus to finally get done the things I need to do each day. I’m not the best at time management, and owning a studio (with no business partner), and building this brand has put that weakness of mine to the test. I can’t seem to get anything done, yet I need to do everything.

One thing that has helped is setting alarms on my phone for specific tasks. I decide how long I’m willing to give, set an alarm, and crank on it until the alarm goes off. Once it does (hopefully I’m done), I take a moment to appreciate completing the job, or reflect on why I didn’t get it done & what distracted me.

Wednesday workout! Fun resistance band workout for the glutes πŸ‘ with these little bands! These #sportbit bands are from Amazon and super reasonably priced but I also ❀️ the #slingshotbands as well. Killer for those hips and glutes!!! 😍
Here’s the workout: 3 sets of each exercise, 15 reps per set.
-lateral squat walks
-glute kickbacks -glute bridge, elevated with feet on a chair or bench -single leg glute bridge -curtsy lunges

Today was leg day and I didn’t know if I was going to do it because of how sore I was... I was just afraid of failing.. but you know what? I did it!! And I didn’t fail! Sure I didn’t execute all the moves πŸ’― % but I tried and I pushed through and I am actually less sore now!! There is no failing when you do your best! Plus, I get to do my workouts at home without fear of anyone else judging me!! I have the tiniest living room but it is just enough space! If you think your living room is too small, move that coffee table out of the way and bam there you go, more space!

It’s just strength. Power move of the day!!!! 2 tiered push-ups. All the way down, halfway up, down, and return to the top. These. Are. Burners. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ but they are awesome. First training session bcck since the weekend at @infernoracing. Last two days I needed all the sleep and all of the food, so felt great to feel pretty much normal again.
Clean pulls with pause at knee 65kg (felt heaaaavy) then clean grip deadlift 80kg. That felt better as it got heavier.
Then top off for the lads! Got them kipping toes to ring...so much fun!
