First time going to the beach this year and I couldn't have been any more excited. I couldn't find a cute Pokemon bathing suit at the mall like @joziefly but it's the same as underwear if you really think about it. So here is to best friends and girls that empower each other to break out of their comfort zones, to feeling beautiful in your skin and embracing yourself as you are!
Unleashing my inner prowess with some red lipstick. Ever since I was little, something about putting bright red lipstick on felt crazy like a rite of passage into womanhood. When would I be old enough? And then once I became old enough it became when will I be bold enough? As women in society I feel that we are always put down for being bold- even in the way we present our faces and our bodies. We’re called bitches for standing up for ourselves, were called improper for being outspoken or loud, and easy or fake if we dress sexy or wear too much makeup. I don’t know about any of you other women out there, but I struggle ALOT with the fear of being not enough but also too much. Finding my inner witch has given me a deep desire to heal. It has made me realize that a lot of these destructive comments and painful self-talk have come from a place of confusion and insecurity that society has taught us. I dare all you people/women out there today to do something bold and out of your comfort zone, even if it’s as simple as wearing that untouched bright red lipstick to work today
Sexy photo shoot. I indulge my husband by doing string bikini photo shoots for him all over the world. We have fun finding the locations and posing and being sexy together. It’s a turn on for us both and he makes me feel so beautiful.
Women love to be adored and found sexually irresistible. Why not try this yourselves? It doesn’t have to be a string bikini. Just something that makes you feel sexy.
Just try lots of poses. You’ll take a thousand pics and only get one or two really great ones. But that’s all you need.
The golden light at sunset is the time to do the shoot.
And there’s always photoshop to smooth the imperfections.
Comment below if this would be a fun, sexy couples date for you.
Comment below if you’d hate it and why.
Feeling so empowered and embodied today
I have been through so many ups and downs over this past year, and have many new practices and people to thank when the times were really stagnant.
My sweet sister @leahlivefree is one of them. She offers Reiki energy healing, and other modalities including sound and breath work. She is going to be in Boise next week from the 25th-27th and is offering sessions.
I received a session from her in December and it moved me deeply. She pours her heart and soul into her work and is an absolute light to encounter.
Reach out to her if you feel called to receive!
Thank you @teaseandsqueeze for taking these photos. You are so loved #reiki#reikihealing#embodiment#artist#lightworker#femaleenergy#shakti#goddess#play#loveandlight#grateful
I woke up in a blanket of nostalgia, memories creeping through the cracks in my window waking me from the mundane to get ready for embracing the beautiful present. Today I’m taking a road trip to one of the most special places to me on planet Earth.
I jumped out of bed and ran down to the farmers market to pick up a few fresh foods for the road. I greeted the chickens grazing outside + laid in the dewy grass waiting for the farm stand to open, watching clouds melt into the sky. a moment of blissful presence.
I posted an IGTV video about a week ago talking about how I feel about labels and it’s relation to health, if you’re curious about my perspective on this topic (s/o @trustyourbodyproject for educating me into a state of surrender to my highest self)
It’s basically the whole story of my food philosophy and it’s evolution into what it is now — a place where I’m feeling my most vibrant. The most connected to my self.
Once I started peeling back the layers of labels I’ve allowed to define me, I saw the only ones that really matter: the practice of being present. the practice of awareness.
I’m feeling so grateful to hit the road today to the place that allows me to feel the most present. See you there :)
If your dreams don’t scare you, they ain’t big enough! .
A howl held hidden, formed long ago and assumed forgotten, surges up from the core of existence; ancient wisdom, dark in its light, powerful and dangerous in its healing energy, clothes the shriek in lightening and thunder. We are coming.

'I just landed in another atmosphere
I'm just floating, in a stain steel sphere
I bet you have questions like, "Where did I come from?"
I know,I come from that planet that hit Tiamat
I do my flows and then I get so lost
Light just take my sphere to go
Sphere to go
Sphere to go
Sphere to go
To the top of the pyramid, let's save the world like this
Conversing with light bodies
But really they all a part of me
Let's get the whip and go
'Cause I'm tired of this solar ring
It's really out of my control
How you feel is not my problem'
