I am pretty new to this make your own juice thing, but let me tell you... the difference it makes is pretty remarkable. I swear I can actually feel the juice entering my bloodstream. I feel almost a light burning sensation. Nothing that hurts of course, but it's just a feeling of being alive!
I am usually pro-smoothie in the mornings, as it takes very little time and easy clean up. #juicing on the other hand, does take a bit of work, but it's so worth it. The difference between a #smoothie and juice is the fiber. While fiber is great for helping regulate weight and metabolism among many other benefits, when the fiber is stripped from the fruits and veggies, you are receiving an unbelievable concentration of vitamins, minerals and nutrients per serving that are rapidly absorbed straight into your cells ( Feeling alive!). Juicing helps to effectively balance, alkalize and neutralize the body, helps to rebuild your cells, soothe inflammation, truly cleanses the body by filtering toxicity out from your cells, effectively hydrates the body, and so much more! If you have the means and are committed to living a healthy life, I highly suggest you invest in a juicer. There are so many great ones are the market today, but I am using the @omegajuicing 8006.
