I was in a division for MMA, where we all fought hydrated. Since then, I have cut weight to compete in Muay Thai. Back to back camps, followed by post fight food celebrations, have left me with adrenaline dumps and sugar cravings so I decided it was time to reset.. stay tuned for progress reports! I’ll be recommending products to help support the process too 💗
