I take a scalpel and draw a line
from my neck to my hips
I pry open by ribs
to hand you my heart.
Bloody, beating, steaming.
You hold it delicately in your palm
To ring it out
You look it at me with those eager eyes
That bring me to my knees
So I look down at the cavity that is my chest and
Pull out my breath.
#tbt to the time the sky legit looked like this in the Mt. Evan's Wilderness.

Seriously missing off-season right now, especially while finding spots to park for the night. Spending last summer pretty much in one area I forgot just how busy the mountains get. And I forgot about this pesky Washington discovery pass that you need for most boondocking spots here.
Pune, India: one of the up and coming technology centers. Now that Mumbai is quite large and full, many companies have been opening up offices here instead. So much construction, so much new life being poured into the area.
As @labelserf put it: Pune looks like Jurassic Park. Definitely got that vibe from The Westin window! #jurassicpark#pune#india *
I’m back, guys! Took a small break for physical and mental health but hope to get more active than ever from here.
Work can be tough. Cars break down at the worst times. That wisdom tooth your dentist told you to get removed 4 years ago is still bothering you.
At the end of a stressful day, it’s easy to want to relax, forget about your goals, and treat yourself.
I challenge you to find strength to stick to your wellness goals, even at the end of the long day. Write in your journal. Pray. Do that workout you planned. Eat the healthy dinner you meal-prepped. Start reading that book your friend recommended. Do a yoga video from YouTube.
You’ll be much more ready to take on the next day when you choose MORE LIFE at the end of a stressful one. Be well, ya crazies
Victory dances after making it out of Phong Nha Cave. We spent the day kayaking and hiking 7km in, had a picnic lunch and the option to swim in an underground pool. It was a little scary with Thailand lurking in the back of everyone's minds, but it was a lot of fun! .
Two activities combined toghether. One day at the beautiful Garda lake.
If you love climbing and fancy some cool refreshment, canoa & climb is perfect for you.
By canoe we’ll reach the steep cliffs that rise out of the lake. Equipped only with a bathing suit, we’ll climb up till we fall down and… go swimming.
HOI AN, JULY 2018 - DAY ONE
Hoi An was such a glorious technicolour dream! Arriving to a place crammed full of blue skies, sun and sea after the cityscape of Ho Chi Minh was a culture shock in the most brilliant and beautiful of ways. For our first two nights were staying in a poolside lodge in Cam Nam, a small village on the Riverside about 15 minutes away from the bustling, lantern filled Hoi An centre. We spent our first day exploring the area by foot, stopping off at a tailors to get me a dress made (pics coming soon!) and again at at least three bars for a crisp and cold glass of sweet fruit wine (me) and a bia (Charlie). Dinner was a delicious mix of stuffed squid and ginger pho, which we of course ate far too quickly to snap...
We also saw SO many lizards, which I was SO excited about, but sadly they moved so fast we couldn't get any good photos! One moved into our lodge and ate all the flies, so I owe him my total lack of bites - thanks lil dude!

Ceiba tree, also known in the Mayan language as Yaaxche, (which means First Tree or Green Tree). The Mayans revered this grandiose tree as the tree of life, which they believed was branched in the middle of the earth, bridging both terrestrial and spiritual worlds. #culturetrip#travelenjoyrespect
If it’s a quiet spot you’re looking for to learn to SUP you’ve just found it!
I crave the open road every time I’m away from it, and then as soon as I’m on it, I count down the hours until I’m off it. It’s easy to forget that the journey is just as important as the destination, but I urge you (and me), try not to forget. The open road is pretty damn beautiful.
