'Find your community, your tribe, and truly be part of something'....
...was one of the opening messages at a recent workshop by the gorgeous girls of @nohouserules. And what a perfect way to sum up the importance of community on social media and the opportunity for connection, networking and collaboration.
🌿Finding your community... those who show amazing support and love for what you do, those who are right behind you, building your confidence, believing in you, challenging you, listening to what you have to say and genuinely being inspired by you... these are the people who lie at the foundation of your social activity.
🌿More than likely you will tap into a number of communities, maybe your local business community, likeminded businesses nationally or worldwide, a network of Mumpreneurs or solopreneurs, a dedicated industry network and individuals who just inspire you. Find the people who inspire, and challenge you. Support each other, build conversation and get behind your tribe.
🌿There's lots of new tribes popping up locally throughout the UK, particularly for women in business, each giving the opportunity for real life support and interaction which of course feeds through to social. Check out @mamatribeuk, and local to me here near Stourbridge, Rachael Field of @eva_and_alma is host to Stourbridge's Tribe Vibes. Check it out over @eva_and_alma. 💕
