I know I post a lot about healthy eating and how exercise is super important, which it is, but I’m also not perfect. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying this because I eat like crap all the time. You have to balance it out, my rule of thumb is 90% clean and 10% fun. I am saying this because you need to enjoy life and give yourself a free pass once a week. Don’t look at it as a cheat meal but as a free meal. .
Nutrition is super important to losing weight and getting healthy but you also have to live a little. As long as you know the end goal and where YOU want to be than you will be ok. .
This is one of the meals I like to have when I come out to visit my mom. Fish and chips, and it is so good. 👊🏼
