Tonight we trained legs with intent
Low volume high frequency split. Lower/upper/full repeat. First time training 6 days in over a year and first every time training every muscle group at 4x week frequency so excited to see how this pans out.
Trying to keep 1 rep in reserve to prevent me dying an early death lol but as you can tell by my grunts it was still v fucking hard
First timid ever doing muscle rounds, v intense!
Smiths squats unplated x3 10kg x3, 20kg x3, 30kg x3 40kg x5 35kg x7
Reverse hack squats 40kg x3 60kg x3 80kg x6 60kg x10
Unilateral leg press 20kg x3 30kg x3, 30kg muscle round 6x6
Leg extension 12.5kg x3 22.5kg x20 triple drop 17.5kg x8, 12.5kg x12, 7.5kg x20
Lying leg curl 15kg x3 25kg x20 triple drop 20kg x8 15kg x8, 10kg x10
Standing calf raise 40kg x8,8,8,8
Now we eat before upper at 6am tomorrow
