So be careful whom you chose to let into that circle ⭕️, because they will either be anchors ⚓️ to hold you right where you are (and drag you down) OR they’ll be engines 🚂 to propel you forward.
Surround yourself with people who’re doing what you wanna be doing and who have similar goals and you’ll automatically do more of the things you need to be doing to reach your goals.
My health and fitness 💪🏼 is very important to me, because it’s my foundation, my bedrock!
It’s the strong base I rely on when I need to call on my inner strength. It’s what has taught me that I’m much stronger than I think I am, both physically and emotionally.
It has taught me that I CAN DO ANYTHING!
So I surround myself with likeminded women in my online accountability groups. And when one of them throws down a plank challenge, I’m ALL IN!
