Yes I’m!!! I’m on #cleaneating for last 10 years and I’m very happy with #healthylifestyle
So why am I so pleased with my diet plan?
Bc I know it’s not all about what I eat every day. It’s about how much and when I eat my food. when you start cutting down sugar( carbs, dairy)from your diet, your brain will throw tantrum on you . Like a kid losing his toy. You are angry, hangry, irritated, and very mean. No carbs = no good
when you cut down on alcohol, you become a very boring person. And you don’t like yourself either.
Then what, when, how are you going to eat?
1. Eat 3 big meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner that have carbs, lean protein, and healthy fats.
2. Don’t skimp on the serving size on vegetable every time you eat. After all.. I’ve never seen anybody who gained weight from eating too much vegetables. Veggies must with unlimited serving.
3. Measure, I mean.. use your food scale to measure your protein, and starch carbs.
As long as you don’t eat too much, your body needs all these nutrients.
4. When you have craving for certain food, eat!!! Don’t suppress your craving. You are allowed to have cheat meals through out the week.
5. Don’t worry about adding snack between meal. Have Snack only if needed.
If you have snack, it needs to be less calories than your big meal. I know some ppl eat for lunch, and then they end up snacking with later afternoon. The Salad is not a real meal unless you add lean protein and some carbs. It’s all water based that you get hungry so fast then you end up snacking with high calorie sugar snacks.
There are more into this and I really want to share more info. To you guys. So I want to go on Live again but need to know when will be good day and time for ppl who has questions.
