This pose is an absolute work in progress. I fell at least 10 times before getting this picture. My hips are tight, so I couldn't get my foot anywhere near my hand to grab my toes (where it's supposed to be). My shoulders are tight, so wrapping my arm behind and under me was a struggle. Trying to breathe and balance through it felt impossible. Are those reasons to give up?
