I did manage to hit a new PR, so it was worth it! It was not pretty (see my IG story ) but I was able to press the 40s Thanks to @yourfitgirlem and @commandosandcake for spotting me and motivating me!

SECOND SET: 3x
Dumbbell Side Bends - 15/side
Weighted Alternating Heel Touches -20/side
Oblique Crunches - 20/side
Side Plank with Hip Raise - 15/side
THIRD SET: 3x, no rest in between sets!!
Russian Twists - 20/side
Leg Pull-Ins - 20
Scissor Kicks - 20/side
