Trust yourself! Any task that comes your way you CAN achieve.
Getting out of our comfort zone can be very hard. We all like staying at that place where we know what will happen, how it will hurt or how hard it can get. We know what we have to do and how we have to do it at any time and this is good. But we should never stay there.
That is why when we get out of our comfort zone everything seems to be upside down. The results are faster more obvious and very different in many ways.
I dont mean this only for sports but for everything in life really. ️
When you want different results you have to change your approach, and this is what makes us grow.

Since I've come out of retirement Ive obviously been rusty as hell and I've thrown myself straight back in to the deep end with training.
A key ingredient to my current condition is the treatment I've been getting from @craigartc which has kept me fit and able to work towards my goal.
Craig doesn't only treat your injuries, he's incredible at finding the root of the problem and setting out a plan as to how to correct the issue, his attention to detail is second to none and I owe him a lot.

Petite journée aujourd'hui, j'ai la tête à fond dans le déménagement et les cuisines mdr oui y a pas de cuisine dans mon futur appartement ! Et c'est un casse tête vu la de l'espace cuisine qu'il faut aménager sans trop ce ruiner ! Enfin bref du coup après un bon bodycombat une bonne petite douceur protéiné à base d'haricot rouge (on ne sens pas du tout le goût) , cacao, proteine chocolat, purée de cacahuètes et des éclats de chocolat noir !

After 6 days on a "vacation diet" todays lift really put into perspective just how important food is. I had a great back workout but my body was definitely hating me for it.. everything was aching and just trying to hold a pose would cause cramps every time. But a solid week on the meal plan and plenty of water should have everything back to normal

I have so many clients talk to me about cellulite and booty/leg dimples...I have both! Way less cellulite than I used to have but it’s still there and I’ve always had booty dimples and leg dimples in a few places and I actually don’t mind them at all! I think they’re kinda cute actually Embrace your body, we can’t always change every little thing about ourselves..whether that’s cellulite, loose skin, scars, certain beauty marks or stretch marks...embrace them! I think it’s lovely that our bodies tell a story and have quirks, it’s what makes us us and special

Some people thrive off of compliments & being reassured that they’re doing well. Off of likes, views, comments, subscribers. Some people thrive off of dramatics and showing off. Some people thrive off of the thought of another doing poorly. Some people thrive off of bettering themselves by taking things from some one else. I thrive off of the hundreds of shitty training sessions alone in a gym. The days my body won’t even work. The thought of being able to face my competition on their best day. The idea that someone wants to take something away from me. That people are judging me based off assumptions. I thrive off of the fact that I am not the only one clawing my way up. There are others hoping I fail & hoping to beat me. And all of that leads to the 6 attempts on stage where I show up to get a job done. To put together all my training in a primed, composed & focused package. 6 total minutes where nothing else matters. The stage is where I feel the most at peace & the most anxious at the same time. The stage is where I thrive.
