Today, living my best life happens to include lifting heavy weights in a mother truckin MINNIE MOUSE TANK, yo! ️♀️ And it means coffee, a park playdate, an hour of work on my phone while the girls watch #disneyjr, unloading some stuff on a yard sale site, mexican food tonight & another 1.2lbs down since last week's weigh-in, too!
And I know that as I start to replace the fat with lean muscle, the scale isn't going to change at the rate it has been, but that's A-OK. I'll take a lean 165lb body poolside over a 150lb lumpy bumpy one at the beach any day. (And I've been both...I know what I want. Lol)
I've enrolled close to 40 people in this new lift, hit & core workout that's 4 days on, 3 off, 30-40min each. I have room for SIX MORE to start in our private group yet in July. Anyone else ready to #endsummerbetter & join up with the real-est, fun-est, get-it-done-est mamas in the tribe? #ThatsUs
