Triceps, and chest today. Librarian bun held on though 45 minutes of go go go!
My time in the gym is limited. I’ve got other things that pull me away.
I get to the gym by 2:45pm. Change out of work clothes, warm up, do my lifts, say hi to fellow regulars, and leave by 3:40 to be home for my daughter getting off the bus.
I could see this as too little time. Instead, I choose to bust my ass for the time I have... no stopping, no sitting (unless for a lift), and no bitching that someone is using the machine I need. Keep moving, find an alternative and work those muscles.
