I used coconut salted caramel sauce from @naturescharm 🥰 .

3 cups gluten free rolled oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup buckwheat groats
1/2 cup coconut salted caramel sauce @naturescharm
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 tsp sea salt .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, buckwheat, almonds and salt. Then add the coconut oil, caramel sauce, and vanilla. Stir until all the oats and nuts are well coated. Press mixture onto lined parchment paper, spread into flat layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Let cool completely before breaking apart (The granola will dry out and crisp up while it cools) . Enjoy! .

Mini Healthy-Cheesecake proteica alla stracciatella🍨 gluten free e senza lattosio 😎
Per la base:
-6 biscotti senza glutine (farina di riso e di mais);
-2/3 cucchiai di olio evo.
Per la crema:
-vasetto di yogurt greco senza lattosio (150g)
-50g di Philadelphia senza lattosio;
-gocce di dolcificante;
-un uovo;
-bustina di proteine al gusto stracciatella di @mgfoodsupplement ;
Procedimento:
Sbriciolare i biscotti ed unirli all’olio e formare il primo strato nello stampo.
Separare il tuorlo dall’albume e montare quest’ultimo a neve. Mescolare yogurt, Philadelphia, dolcificante, proteine e tuorlo e alla fine aggiungere l’albume montato a neve.
Versare la crema sulla base e cuocere tutto a 160C per 30minuti e poi lasciare 15 minuti a forno spento.
Gli ingredienti sono per una teglia di 12cm di diametro. .

I realized I haven’t cooked chicken at home for myself for over a year and since a few days ago I’ve had a sudden craving for them so I decided to make Parmesan and herb stuffed chicken breast ! And it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve ever made. First I seasoned the chicken breast with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and parsley, then cut a pocket into one side of the chicken breast and stuffed it with Parmesan and fresh parsley mixture (grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, mayonnaise and minced garlic) ➝ into the oven for 25 mins at 190°c and there you have it 🤗 I originally wanted to stuff it with spinach and Parmesan but realized I had no spinach left so used fresh parsley and it worked out great ✨ #chickenbreast #stuffedchickenbreast #모델밥상 #modelsdish

Qual miglior snack ? Un freschissimo gelato alla frutta , un mix tra un ghiacciolo e un gelato alla crema...ricco , gustoso e smisuratamente BUONO 🙈😍
Pronti per la RICETTA ? ✏
⏩ 200 ml di Kefir , 150 gr di frutta a piacere ( io ho scelto un mix di more e gelsi 😉) , un cucchiaio di miele . Versate il tutto nel frullatore e azionate il turbo 😅. Una volta pronto versate nelle formine (che ho comprato dai cinesi...che oramai vendono l'impossibile 😂) e ho messo nel freezer tutta la notte. Ho tirato fuori una mezz'oretta prima dello snack e...voilà ! Erano 6...4 per me e 2 per mamma e papà che si son leccati anche le dita ! 🤭🤭🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️😂😂

At the half way mark into my 30 day reset fuelled by Arbonne nutrition and clean eating. I have tried many times before but I have never ever felt so focused and determined as I do in this moment.
Over the past 2 years I’ve slowly made small changes but this year I’ve set goals and want to see them smashed 👊🏼 My mindset is right, I’m learning the true meaning of discipline 4:50am wake ups to make sure I have “me time” - gratitude, journal, affirmations, reading etc to start the day with the right vibration. Doing things even when I don’t want to because I know how good it will make me feel. My aim is to give myself a full 90 days to see what I can achieve when I put my mind to it.
