When those savory cravings hit, I find a way to give in without completely veering off course
Lately, I’ve been craving savory foods like MAD. I’m talking salty, crunchy, and sometimes downright fatty foods. This dinner, actually took care of all three of those.
CRUNCHY/FATTY 🍴 Pan seared salmon is SO crispy and delicious. Plus salmon contains HEALTHY fats that can even help alleviate dry winter skin. I cook in garlic ghee for 5 min on each side in a nonstick skillet.
SALTY 🍴 spaghetti squash with 1 Tbsp pesto and two chopped sundried tomatoes. Slice squash in half and bake at 375 for 40 minutes face down, after spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
