Esta fue nuestra comida #preentreno el sábado.

🥒🍄 ESPIRALES DE LENTEJA ROJA CON CALABACÍN Y SETAS 🍄🥒

Ingredientes para dos personas:
🔸️2 calabacines medianos 🥒🥒
🔸️bolsa de mezcla de setas congeladas @mercadona 🍄
🔸️150g de espirales de lenteja roja @mercadona 🔸️100g queso cottage light @lidlespana 🧀 .
En una olla, cocinar las setas y los calabacines cortados en trozos pequeñitos a fuego medio-bajo.
Cocer las espirales de lenteja 6-7 min máximo
Añadir las espirales a las setas y el calabacín cuando esté cocinado.
Añadir especias al gusto (ajo en polvo, guindilla picada) y el queso.
Cocinar un par de minutos más y ¡listo!

Am Samstag war großer Erntetag👩🏼🌾 bei den Eltern meines Freundes. Neben Kürbis🎃, Zucchini🥒, Kartoffeln🥔, Bohnen und Paprika🌶️, haben wir auch Tomaten🍅 ernten können. Frischer als aus dem eigenen Garten, kann man Obst und Gemüse kaum bekommen.
Ich genieße es jedes mal aufs Neue, aus einem kleinen Kern die tollen Früchte wachsen zu sehen.💚

40gr yogurt bianco 0%grassi @milbona
5ml dolcificante
1pizzico di lievito Bio
Crema
30gr proteine al cioccolato in polvere @foodspring +2cucchiai di acqua
Nocciole
Pelare e grattugiare le carote con 10gr di yogurt. Unire poi il restante yogurt e tutti gli altri ingredienti. Cuocere in forno statico a 180° per 30-35min. Guarnire con la crema proteica e le nocciole. Buona colazione cioccolatosa!!!!😆😆😆😙😙😙💖💪💪👍

Financiers de chocolate con almendras y pistachos

Los financiers son un clásico de la repostería francesa.

Ingredientes:
30 gr.de harina de almendra;
30 gr. de harina de trigo;
30 gr. de cacao en polvo sin azúcar añadido;
60 gr. de azúcar glass;
65 gr. de mantequilla líquida;
4 claras de huevo;
Almendras y pistachos laminadas para decorar

Preparación:
Precalentamos el horno a 180º
1. Echamos la harina de almendra, de trigo, el cacao en polvo y el azúcar glass en el vaso y tamizamos 10 segundos, velocidad progresiva . Reservamos.
2. Sin lavar el vaso echamos las claras de huevo y programamos 1 minuto. Conseguiremos unas claras espumosas pero sin llegar a estar montadas.
3. Vamos incorporando poco a poco la mantequilla líquida pero no caliente.
4. Vamos incorporando la mezcla de harinas y el azúcar a mano y moviendo poco a poco para que las claras no pierdan consistencia.
5. Volcamos la mezcla en una manga pastelera y echamos en el molde de los financiers.
6. Esparcimos por encima la almendra y pistachos y horneamos 15-20 minutos a 180º.

Raspberry Flaxseed Smoothie
3tbsp Flaxseed
1/2cup Water
1cup Frozen raspberries
1/4cup Coconut water
2tbsp Greek yogurt
Semi-sweet chocolate

WHAT TO DO:
Boil water. Place flaxseed in a pot and add the water and cook for 5mins until water turns sticky. Remove from stove and let it cool.

Add raspberries and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add in flaxseeds and blend.

Place in a bowl, top with crush semi-sweet chocolate chips(optional).❤️

Batir todo.
Dejar reposar la mezcla mientras se calienta el horno.
Extender la mezcla sobre un papel de hornear en una bandeja rectangular, apta para horno.
Hornear hasta que este dorada la base.

Hoy el almuercito fue: 2 muslitos de pollo dorados (el pollo lo cocino sin piel, con agua, sal, ajo y cebolla, y luego lo doro en una sarten sin aceite ya que el pollo suelta grasita), arroz y ensalada roja. Tag a burger lover, hit save and make this one instead of buying the supermarket versions which shrivel up into junior meatballs 🍔 👍😎. Here’s how to make it:

1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, mix up the 5% beef mince, olive oil, 1/2 finely chopped red onion, salt & pepper.

2️⃣ Make a large ball with the mince and place onto a foiled baking tray before pressing down into a 2-3cm burger and cooking at 190 (C) for 20-25 minutes. OR.. Place on the BBQ for 7-10 minutes.
3️⃣ For the last 3 minutes of cooking, place 30g of low fat cheddar over the burger to melt.

4️⃣ Finally, remove from oven and add to your brioche bun with a handful of spinach and a squeeze of ketchup.

Here’s a quick pasta share for you, because who doesn’t love pasta!?! 🤤🤤 Hubby was craving shrimp, and while I’m not huge on seafood, shrimp is probably one of the few seafood proteins I actually like. I sautéed marinated shrimp (chili flakes, minced garlic, ground black pepper, dash of sea salt & Italian herbs) in olive oil and tossed in Spinach & Grape Tomatoes. I added cooked Tricolor bowtie pasta and topped it off with a little Pecorino Cheese. Did you know just 3.5 oz of cooked shrimp has about 24g of protein? Because of the heat, everything is earlier this year. Local plums, pears and peppers 🌶️ are already here and usually they make their first appearance only in September. I bake the last ones - peppers - in big batches in 200C oven until their skin is dark / on the burnt side, throw them into a bowl, cover with a plate and let them cool. Once cooled peeling their skin is easy peasy and you can eat them on sandwiches 🥪 with hummus, make spreads or a delicious tomato 🍅 and red pepper soup or even tastier sauce for pasta 🍝 ready in 10 minutes while your favorite pasta is cooking. 🙌👍If you want to know the recipe, let me know in comments below 👇🙂

40gr fette biscottate integrale senza olio di palma @bio
70gr yogurt pesca skyr 0%grassi @milbona
20gr proteine alla fragola @foodspring_it
15gr sciroppo di caramello zero @waldenfarms
40ml latte di avena
1 pesca
1 foglio di gelatina
Topping
5gr caramello zero @waldenfarms
5gr cioccolato bianco
Ridurre a pezzetti le fette biscottate. Aggiungere il latte e il caramello e compattare bene all'interno di uno stampo a cerniera (rivestito con pellicola trasparente). Porre in frigo per 30min. Poi, mischiare le proteine alla fragola con lo yogurt alla pesca. Aggiungere la pesca tagliata a pezzetti e un foglio di gelatina sciolto. Versare il composto sopra la base di fette biscottate e lasciare rassodare. Infine completare con il caramello e il cioccolato bianco. Più buona di quella classica!!!!👍👍👍😊💪😙😙😙😙
