Per questa bontà ho usato:
50gr avena cioccolato @vitamincompany
50gr avena nocciola @yourwaylife
1uovo
3ml dolcificante
1pizzico di sale
10-15ml latte di mandorla
10gr burro di cocco
1gr lievito Bio
Crema
20gr proteine alla nocciola + 80gr ricotta Light
15gr codette al cacao
Ho unito tutti gli ingredienti e impastato fino ad ottenere un panetto liscio e compatto. L'ho steso in una tortiera per crostata da 13cm e cotto per 15-20min a 180°. Poi ho riempito il guscio di frolla con la crema di ricotta proteica e completato con i confettini al cacao. Delicious!!!!

TRAINING IS LIKE COOKING, NOT BAKING.

When I first read those words from @johnromaniello it made so much sense to me instantly.

Sure, there’s scientific principles to adhere to, but there is *LITERALLY THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS* of ways to do that.

These last two weeks of my training block have me working relatively heavy, but there’s a bit of room for fun so I did some snatches @ 80kg and cleans @ 115 or so kg.

Who’s been following this page since I used to post clips like this every single day?!? Lol.

One Pan Garlic Herb Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients

20 oz petite red potatoes (about 10)
4 (6 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves, divided, plus more for garnish
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves, divided, plus more for garnish
2 Tbsp butter, divided (or substitute)
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 oz) pkg. frozen green beans (whole or cut)
1 medium lemon
Directions

Pierce each potato twice (once on top and once on bottom). Microwave 5 - 6 minutes until nearly soft, set aside to cool slightly then cut into quarters while chicken is cooking.
Pound thicker parts of chicken to an even thickness. Season top of chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle 1 tsp of the rosemary and 1 tsp of the thyme evenly over chicken. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add chicken to skillet seasoned side down, cover with a splatter screen if you have one. Allow to cook until bottom is golden brown, about 6 minutes, then sprinkle tops with salt and pepper and 1 tsp rosemary and 1 tsp thyme. Flip chicken to opposite side and allow to cook until center registers 165 degrees, about 6 minutes longer. Transfer chicken to a sheet of foil, spritz with juice of half of the lemon (1 1/2 Tbsp), wrap to keep warm.
Melt remaining 1 Tbsp butter in same skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add garlic and saute until lightly golden, about 30 seconds then add potatoes and remaining 1 tsp rosemary. Cook tossing occasionally for 3 minutes then add green beans. Season veggies with salt and pepper to taste and cook until veggies are tender, about 4 minutes longer. Spritz with juice of remaining lemon half (1 1/2 Tbsp juice), return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with a little more rosemary and thyme and serve immediately.

Szegény #szafifree hajdinás piskóta lisztkeverék méltatlanul a háttérbe került mióta megrendeltem, na de most 😍 Nem tudtam mit tízóraizzak ami gyorsan is elkészül, picit fellapoztam a receptes oldalt és ez a mákos, nagyon puha tésztás sütike lett belőle☺ szombat és vasárnap is ✅ így😊 Alaprecept: https://www.ehezesmentes-karcsusag-szafival-blog.hu/2017/03/lekvarral-toltott-vegan-kokuszkocka.html Ennek a tésztareceptje alapján készült kisebb változtatásokkal és fele adaggal:
~ 125 g Szafi Free hajdinás piskóta lisztkeverék
~ 40 g eritrit (én 30 grammal kezdtem, de a végén mikor megkóstoltam, nekem még kellett bele, tehát nyugodtan csináljátok kóstolás alapján a végén)
~ 15 g frissen facsart citromlé
~ 80 g pucolt és reszelt alma
~ 120 g víz
~ 20 g vaníliás rizsfehérje
~ 20g mák
Ízlés szerint: 1 tk. vanília aroma, 1 citrom reszelt héj. Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon 18-20 percig sütöttem.😊 Simán el tudom képzelni még benne meggy darabokkal is, legközelebb tuti kipróbálom úgy is ☺
Az egészben ~ 107g ch 28g f 10g zs
Én 12 szeletre vágtam fel de ez nyílván függ attól is, hogy miben sütitek, de így nekem 1 szelet ~ 8,9g ch 2,3g f 0,8g zs

Healthy Carrot cake

1/2 cup wholewheat flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein
1/2 cup almond milk
1 1/5 cup grated carrots
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 eggs
1/5 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking power.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes

DON’T THROW AWAY THAT DRY CHICKEN JUST YET! 🚨 We’ve all had that dry, flavorless piece of chicken just sitting in the fridge and waiting to be thrown out by this time of the week 🤢 BUT, the good news is that you can still put it to good use by making one of my favorite, protein-packed snacks and lunches: Curry Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt, Apples, and Cranberries 💪🏼 Just shred or chop your chicken into a large bowl, add about 1 cup of Greek yogurt, curry powder, red pepper flakes, apples, dry cranberries, walnuts, salt and pepper, and you’re all set! 👍🏼 So many ways you can enjoy it, but my favorite ways are in a sandwich with Ezekiel bread or with some crackers 🥪 Keep it simple! Buongiorno con il mio cicciopancake ripieno!!!!💪💪💪👍👍😙😊😊🍰🔝💖
Gli ingredienti che ho utilizzato sono:
60gr avena cocco @yourwaylife
150gr albume @lenaturelleofficial
1uovo
3ml dolcificante
1pizzico cremor tartaro+bicarbonato
40gr yogurt mirtillo 0%grassi skyr @milbona_off
Ripieno:
80gr yogurt mirtillo 0%grassi skyr @milbona_off +20gr proteine cioccococco @yourwaylife +1foglio di gelatina
Mirtilli e zuccherini
Ho unito e mescolato tutti gli ingredienti e cotto in microonde per 5min alla max potenza. Poi ho scavato all'interno del pancake, bagnato con un po' di latte di cocco e riempito con la crema proteica allo yogurt (proteine +yogurt+gelatina) e decorato con mirtilli e zuccherini. Uno spettacolo per gli occhi... una goduria per il palato!!!!

«Почти десерт», переведенный мной в разряд основного блюда, - творожный кекс с черносливом, изюмом и миндалем.

Ингредиенты:
▪️200 гр. творога ▪️1 среднее яйцо
▪️100 гр. овсяных хлопьев
▪️30 гр. миндаля (можно заменить на другие орехи) ▪️50 гр. чернослива ▪️30 гр. изюма ▪️1/2 ч.л. разрыхлителя
▪️подсластитель/сахар по вкусу

Взбить в блендере творог с яйцом, разрыхлителем и подсластителем до однородности, добавить предварительно замоченные в кипятке и разбухшие овсяные хлопья, порезанные на кусочки чернослив, изюм и измельченный миндаль. Затем аккуратно перемешать лопаткой и выложить в форму (у меня 15X20), выпекать в предварительно разогретой до 180 градусов духовке около 45 минут.
Подавать горячим или холодным - на ваше усмотрение, но я предпочитаю второй вариант, потому что мне нравится консистенция кекса после нескольких часов в холодильнике.
