1 year difference: core & abs 😇
On both sides I ate about 1400 calories each day (calorie deficit) to lose stubborn body fat, but during this year I made some changes concerning my training.
Left side (07/2018): lots of cardio, probably 3-4 times a week, 5 lifting sessions (2 lower body, 2 upper body, 1 full body session), not training core or abs at all!
Right side (07/2019): no cardio at all or once per week, 6 lifting sessions (3 lower body, 2 upper body (except back), 1 isolated arm day/rear delts), training core and abs 3 times per week.
Between those diets I made a small bulk: 11/2018 - 03/2019 which allowed me to gain more overall muscle mass 😊
