Great workout, love an almost empty gym. Not looking forward to coming back from winter break to a crowded gym full of people “trying to meet their new year goals” STOP. You don’t need to wait till the new year to start, get in the habit now. As soon as you start to make the gym a part of your routine the easier it will get. I’m not saying there are days where I’m so tired I don’t wanna go, but I find the time because it’s a habit and part of my routine.
