It’s approximately 430 on a hot Sunday afternoon! And here I am!! I try to keep Sunday’s as “just another great day of the week!”. Not it’s the weekend, so let’s get shit faced, eat like total assholes + “start agin tomorrow”.. lol I’ve been there, trust me!! I know with that mentality and non effort, I was never close to achieving any of my goals, physique wise. I struggled with drinking my life away hahaaa okay, maybe not that bad.. but I did live in sunny San Diego ♀️. I would do “good” or some what well during the week and then totally sabotage ALL my weeks worth of effort in a few short nights. We all know Monday comes f-in quick lol! And then you’re like, fml. Why did I do this again?? My head hurts.. *checks dominos tracker*.. up 4lbs Monday.. you get the point . Long story short.. I hope you got to the gym today! (and/or meal prepped!) And if you didn’t, make some goals to crush tomorrow!! Don’t let a few bad days turn into a few bad weeks.. then all a sudden it’s been a few months.. and then you’re totally f***ed lol!!
