What keeps Greg motivated? Officiating kids which are very athletic inspire him to be more athletic both on the field to keep up and off the field.
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ What keeps Greg coming back? Greg had chronic back pain for over 15 years. He did Iyengan yoga that helped with pain and stiffness. When Greg moved to Eugene, he became a multi-sport OSSA official and began strength training to increase stamina and strength
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Greg's favorite exercise? TRX squats and the reason he returns every other day is "Coty and Cat" of course!
