Its Day 3! And we're having these Yummy Fix Roasted Sweet Potatoesย ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed into chunks
2 TB coconut oil, melted
Optional: sea salt
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400. Peel and dice your potatoes. In a large bowl, combine cubed sweet potatoes and melted coconut oil. Bake on a baking sheet (I actually used a shallow casserole dish with foil, but a baking sheet will work fine as long as the oil canโ€™t drop into the oven) for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are soft enough to pierce with a fork.

Also, while I do my very best and never want to mess up (perfectionist, yo) please always double check the container counts yourselfโ€ฆand that goes for all recipes, not just mine โ€“ Iโ€™ve seen some super shady ones out there!

11 DAYS 'TIL FITMAS! Todays challenge just might be the toughest challenge I've made yet. If you've done them, you know treadmill sprints are rough. Increase the incline substantially? They become PAINFUL! If you're brave enough, I dare you to try this workout. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ It just might be the most challenging 11 mins of your cardio career. ๐Ÿ˜…โ €

TODAYS CHALLENGE:โ €
-11 sprints on speed 11, gradually increasing incline until level 11. โ €
-Begin on 0 incline, speed 11. Sprint for 20 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. โ €
-During rest, increase incline 1 level. โ €
-Again, sprint for 20 seconds, rest for 30 seconds then increase incline 1 level (should be at level 2 now)โ €
-repeat this until you've sprinted 11 times and make it to level 11 incline. โ €

This was extremely difficult for me to get through & I had to take additional rest between the last few sprints. Make modifications if you need to. If the speed is too fast, lower it. If it's too slow, increase it. The point of these challenges is to encourage you all to push passed your comfort zones & to shock your bodies a bit. I want you all to experience how satisfying it is to mentally conquer some physical pain - leading you even closer to the prize. โœŠ๐Ÿผโ €
