— Overhead Press —

🏋🏻‍♀️ The overhead press is a must in any upper body training regimen.
.
You’re not going to find another exercise that develops the shoulders as much as this exercise does— and also, it’s good for shoulder health and joint mobility.
.
As for me, I have absolutely no mobility in my shoulders so I still don’t have it down pat 😂.
.
Here are my struggles:
✖️ The lack of flexibility in my shoulders is not allowing me to fully lock out my elbows.
✖️ Not being able to do this means that the bar does not end up being directly above my head.
.
It’s not a deal breaker— it just means that as I progress, I will not be able to gain as much strength as compared to if I had proper form. If anyone seems to have the same problem as I do, have a look at some shoulder mobility exercises to rectify this issue. I know I will be! 🙋🏻‍♀️.

!TIP️ SIMPLE PARA SENTADILLA! ️😉💪🏋️️‍♂️ ➡️Una ❓pregunta muy comun a la hora de realizar una SENTADILLA es....
➡️Cual es la mejor posicion?? 🤔Las rodillas deben de sobrepasar las puntas de los pies??🤔 Flexionamos antes el torso o la cadera al descender?? 🤔Descendemos hasta los 90º o mas??🤔
➡️El otro día investigando🔎 un poco, me encontre con esta ilustracion😯. Además de ser graciosa😜, sentarse en cuclillas es como si te sentaras en el 🚽 y aun que no lo creas es un gran consejo👍👏 ➡️De manera personal a la hora de explicar, la ejecucion de una sentadilla a mis clientes utilizo un metodo similar al anterior😉, es una manera facil, sencilla y practica de enseñar el patron de movimiento de la sentadilla. Sin que se den apenas cuenta y sin ser conscientes de lo que quiero conseguir😜, les acerco a un banco y les pido que se sienten comodamente para explicarles como deben de realizar la sentadilla....y vuala‼️ les pido que no se muevan y que observen👀 la posicion adoptada en ese momento....acabas de realizar una sentadilla¡¡¡¡👍💪 bueno....debemos de correguir un poco la postura😅. ➡️ Ahora quiero matizar y dejar claro un aspecto😏, que crea mucha controverisa y discusion por las redes sociales....y es que dependiendo del tipo de sentadilla y sus variables (barra alta, barra baja, sentadilla frontal), la posicion y ejecucion puede variar😉. En el caso de la ilustracion, esta posicion se acerca mas a una sentadilla de ''BARRA BAJA'' como la que suelen utilizar los practicantes de ''FUERZA'' 💪como ejemplo los POWERLIFTINGS🏋️️‍♂️ ➡️ Si conoces a alguien que tiene dudas de la ejecución de la sentadilla .
