💁Привет, девушки! Сегодня поговорим о психологии похудения. Бывает такое, что человек занимается спортом, сидит на диете, прошёл все медицинские обследования, но лишний вес тает настолько медленно или вовсе не идет в низ, что таки кто-то задумается о "широкой кость". В чем причина?

Лишний вес может быть психологическим фактором, который нужно отследить и работать с ним для эффективного преодоления жира на теле.

1️⃣Первая психологическая проблема - заедание. Человек ест, когда ему обидно, страшно и других эмоциональных ситуациях. Нюанс в том, что ты может и не есть тортики и булочки и даже не превышать дневную норму калорий. В состоянии стресса организм усваивает пищу гораздо больше и лучше, чем в состоянии покоя. В этом случае лучше не садись за стол в эмоциональном состоянии, а успокоиться и тогда можно есть.

2️⃣Вторая психологическая проблема - замена. Человек часто перекусывает чем угодно, даже яблоком замещая тем что-то, что не хватает: отношения, работы, любви, детей. Это может быть что угодно! Думаете не зря говорят: "Ты ешь, потому что тебе нечего делать!". Еда становится для человека эмоциональным фактором и поэтому организм интенсивнее усваивает продукты.

3️⃣Третья проблема - защита. Жировыми тканями тело человека может защищать себя от внешнего плохого мира. Часто по статистике женщины, страдающие от насилия, полнее тех, кто к счастью не сталкивался с таким фактором.

Конечно, такие нюансы нужно прорабатывать с квалифицированным психологом и умным фитнес-тренером.

#FitnessFriday -- Don't forget to warm up before this workout.

1. Push Ups (20 reps, can be on your knees if you need to modify.)
2. Glute Bridge (15 reps)
3. Straddle Burpees (10 reps)

Repeat this giant set 3 to 4 times. Rest 30-60 seconds between each set. I am regularly coaching this to my clients. People think their health is entirely dictated on how they look but forget that if you aren’t kind to your mind/soul you will never feel good enough, no matter what size or shape you are. Often times you need to get your mental health in the right place before any new health and fitness routines will stick. If you begin a new #fitnessjourney with an attitude of I hate my body you are likely to fail. However if you change your thinking to “I love my body and self enough to make it a priority” you are much more likely to be successful as you are making your health journey a reward and not a punishment. Remember to #lovetheskinyourein first! ❤️
