Меня спрашивают, как я попала в фитнес-секту? Как докатилась до йоги?
Все просто - я встретила человека, который перевернул мой мир 👉🏼 @dzhmurkov

Благодаря его опыту, знаниям, харизме, целеустремленности, вере в его собственные силы и мои, я сделала большой прорыв в развитии себя, пересмотрела многое в своей жизни. Кто меня знает с детства или со школы, может заметить реальную разницу. Я никогда не стремилась к телесному совершенствованию себя, ела все подряд, не думая, ЧТО я ем и чем это чревато. В колледже меня манила анатомия, я разбиралась в каких-то темах из учебника, но поверхностно. Я понятия не имела, что такое человек, как микромир, который содержит человека.

А Дима как будто включил лампочку в подвале и показал пальцем «Вот, лестница наверх, пошли!»

Я стала потихоньку пересматривать свое отношение к самой себе, в еде, в физических нагрузках, хорошим кроссовкам😅 и прочему.

В свою очередь, я вовлекла его в йогу и медитацию. Мы оба изменили друг друга. Я невероятно благодарна тебе @dzhmurkov ♥️ Наверное, я бы никогда и не узнала, что можно стать такими, что можно жить в таких отношениях, если бы не твое мужество.
Я пока не добилась колоссальных высот, иду, стремлюсь, желаю. Уверенна, что у меня и у тебя все получится, иначе быть не может!🙏🏼
