If you had told me 2 years ago that I would be willingly getting up at 5 am to workout I would have laughed in your face
There was no way!
-I am not a “workout person”
-I don’t even own workout clothes
-I’m too lazy
-and a bunch of other excuses
But here I am, 2 years later, still going strong What changed you ask? I was unhappy with my life and I saw this as an opportunity to improve so I made the decision to give it a try. WOW am I glad I said yes!!! Not only am I in the best shape of my life, but my anxiety has pretty much disappeared, I am surrounded by a community of supportive women, and I have a clear vision of a better future for myself and my family
