Really good exercise to know, at least for a second 😂, how it feels when you are in the Front Lever.
It is also a good finisher after your bent arm workouts. It helps you continue polishing your FL skills and conditioning your whole core.
Tip: try to hold a straight line throughout your whole body and keeping a hollow back. Try to fully extend your arms too when you are horizontally positioned.
