FULL BODY KETTLE BELL WORKOUT |
Ah the trusty kettle bell. I can always trust it to help me get a good, sweat inducing, multi-joint moving, heart racing, fat burning, booty sculpting workout. Give this a go:

A1. Single Leg, Single arm Clean (with step back Lunge to press)
A2. Burpee with alternating single arm row
A3. Weighted overhead Crunch

For cardio - Go for high reps - 15 or above and minimal rest for 3-5 sets.
For strength youโ€™ll have to drop the reps and increase the weight and rest.

This kettle bell is 8kgs.

Was thinking about getting a beginner version up on IGTV - thoughts? Iโ€™ve not dropped anything there yet - should this be the first?

I have always been super self conscious and overtly self aware of what I look like when I dance. Choreographed flows are easier for me than a freestyle, but I still feel awkward - and I look awkward. I'm not someone who has ever been accused of having rhythm ๐Ÿ™ˆ
BUT. I love doing it. The more I dance, the more I build confidence in not just dancing, but in my day to day. I'm proud of myself for starting up again - sometimes starting over can feel harder than starting for the first time ๐Ÿ’•

Currently hitting my planned workouts while on vacation and not forcing myself to do so or feeling bad about it either. You have to love the journey and the process and you have to love the activity you plan on doing for the results you love , otherwise it wonโ€™t be sustainable. Whether itโ€™s bike riding , hiking , home workouts , or going to the gym , itโ€™s a must that you first plan it around your busy schedule , and then plan the activity around your actual interests and the results you want. .

I've been feeling like shit at the gym for the past week or so. Idk what is it but I have hardly any motivation and my lifts feel like crap. I end up doing only low intensity cardio and stretching. Diet has been poor because my tummy is acting like a bitch again. ๐Ÿ˜ช
Not writing all this for shit sympathy but just to remind you that I'm a human and I don't always feel wonderful and world's greatest drive to do this.

When I married my bestfriend I wore a size 34W wedding dress that was almost impossible to find. I also weighed 485lbs at the time however despite my setbacks & size - my wedding day was literally the best day of my life. My dress was perfect, I married my bestfriend, and it was a day full of love and memories with our favorite people. I don't regret any part of it and felt beautiful no matter what a number on the scale or size on a dress tag read. We can always lose weight, but we must learn to love ourselves no matter what size. If you don't love yourself losing weight won't change that. I felt beautiful in both pictures but happy that I will now be around for many more years as a wife. Fifth semester is the second hardest medical semester after ninth semester for medical students in south East Asian countries. .
It used to rain cats and dogs where I studied. I explicitly remember this one morning when I woke up at five and had to go workout and it was literally pouring. I got ready,had my banana and just like any other day w a l k e d to the gym with a broken umbrella. My legs were all wet and I worked out with wet lowers but I got my workout in regardless. Gym was a good ten -fifteen minute walk mind you. .
This entry is 2 days before my exam and even though I couldn't hit the gym I managed to do a room workout. .
I'm all about consistency and hardwork. I come from humble beginnings and I've seen my parents work their way up to the top and those are the qualities I've imbibed.

Today someone tricked me about my plates ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… which make me get a #205 deadlift 2x 1rep and i noticed after i hit both rounds and we started counting the plates!... Which reminds me everything it's in your head. A special person told me not long ago, don't count the plates, just hit it!... This time it worked. Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don't give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people.

Day 24 : โ€œYou have to want it, you have to plan for it, YOU HAVE TO FIT IT INTO A BUSY DAY, you have to be mentally tough, the hard part isnโ€™t getting your body in shape. The hard part is getting your mind in shape.โ€ || I have quite a bit on my plate, and I was so close to just cancelling todayโ€™s session, and I recalled what Sadesh use to tell me whenever I give excuses that I got a lot work and canโ€™t go gym ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜- you will always have work, or need sleep, or something else, but all you need is a lil push, so push I did. Left on time and I finished gym before 8.30pm (thatโ€™s a first). I feel good, so inspired to balik and sambung kerja. Todayโ€™s workout: Cycled for 30minutes- 7.5km, carried weights, goblet squats, side plank and bicycle.

Got a little back heavy there but was able to hit a PR today on Deadlift. Doing my best to get to 500lbs+ in the next few months. Always try to find something in your fitness to just feel like you got a few % better on that day. Thatโ€™s what itโ€™s all about. One day at a time adds up over time. First rep 480lbs Second rep 455lbs
