Throwback to my last photoshoot.
Aesthetics was the goal 🔥.
Pretty sure I was around 73kg here with 7% BF, cycling my calories 3600 / 2500 / 1800 and adding 50 minutes cardio Max per week.

Currently 82kg
14% bf ( I know 🍟), but I’ll be doing a mini cut for the next 11 weeks. Starting to bulk up to 85kg from tomorrow to get my metabolism ramped up with 3600 and then slowly dropping 0.8kg body weight a week over 8 weeks. ( so 3 weeks bulking, 8 weeks cutting) stay tuned 🔥😈

Not going to lie, I came into the comp doubting myself. A few tears yesterday, very emotional and found it very challenging mentally being here alone. Yes, I’m a perfectionist and at the same time I’m very accepting of the fact this is a sport which is very subjective. It’s really strange how we perceive ourselves and looking back, I’m proud of how I’ve developed over the past few months with all the niggles I’ve had.

Firstly, a big thankyou my coach Lochi. You are phenomenal at what you do. To be able to have a 6 week prep is just amazing. Building muscle without piling on body fat is a huge blessing. Even though I haven’t seen you in person for 12 months, it’s been a huge learning curve for me, one that doesn’t stop. I can’t imagine working with anyone else, even when I have my melt downs (bloody hormones). Utterly grateful. 🙏🏼 To Mel, who is my comp teammate. It’s been delightful, refreshing and bloody awesome to have you as a sounding board on my tough days. You inspire the shit out of me. Can’t wait to enjoy a 🍾 with you. 😘

Dobrou chuť, pokud právě obědváte😋.
Netajím se tím, že vaření nemám ráda a nejím českou kuchyni. S omáčkou s knedlíkem se setkám jen když jedu k babičce na oběd 😀. A miluji JEDNODUCHÁ A RYCHLÁ JÍDLA 👉🏻 zde je tip na pěti-minutový oběd: osmahnout divokého lososa, mexickou zeleninu a přidat salátek a voalá!
