😘 Danke für alle eure Nachrichten - und Danke für die lieben Worte die mich täglich erreichen ❣️

Die wohl meiste Neugierde löst die Frage über mein Alter aus 👵🏼 ich bin 28. Meine erste Tochter bekam ich während meines Architekturstudiums mit 23, die zweite mit 27.
Die erste Schwangerschaft war nicht „fit and healthy“ 👎🏼 ich habe keinen Sport gemacht und auch eher weniger darauf geachtet was ich esse - Glück hatte ich dennoch - es waren am Ende der 41. ssw nur 12 kg mehr auf der Waage. 🙌🏼
Etwa zwei Jahre nach dieser Schwangerschaft habe ich alles umgestellt: wenig Zucker, viel Sport und gesundes Essen. Die Motivation kam glaube ich tatsächlich erst über Instagram auf 📱 diese „fitmoms“ hier haben mich inspiriert und so wollte ich auch aussehen. 👙
Und noch immer (übrigens auch eine der häufigsten Fragen ☝🏼) nehme ich mir die Motivation hierher #instaworld 😍
Die zweite Schwangerschaft war FIT 💪🏼 ich habe alle meine Übungen beibehalten und habe ganz bewusst meine Bauchmuskulatur komplett vernachlässigt. Sogar das Aufstehen aus der Liegeposition habe ich tatsächlich NUR über die seitlichen Muskeln gemacht 😅
Etwa drei/vier Wochen nach der Entbindung habe ich wieder mit Sport/ Rückbildung begonnen. Aber erst als meine Hebamme mir das OK gab.
Momentan mache ich etwa 5x die Woche Sport. Mein Sport besteht zum größten Teil aus Krafttraining. Ich nehme nur kleine Gewichte zur Hilfe - ansonsten alles mit Eigengewicht.
Cardio ist mein größter Feind 😵🙊😅 außer Hampelmänner, Anfersen und Kniehebelauf zum Aufwärmen weigere ich mich vor diesem Workout 😂

Ich esse Kohlenhydrate!! Ja!! Ich kann auf sowas unfassbar Gutes nicht verzichten - ABER ich kombiniere sie mit guten Fetten, viel Gemüse und schaue dass nirgendwo Zucker enthalten ist 👎🏼 #sugarsucks braucht Ihr Inspiration was gesunde Rezepte angeht? I know I keep posting these, but they are just too perfect not to. I actually laughed out loud at this one by @syattfitness because it hits the nail directly on the head.

Body composition means so much more than weight does. My body composition, i.e. body fat percentage, is better now than it was when I was 10lbs lighter.
Focus on how your clothes fit, your energy levels, and how your body feels. This is what is going to help keep you going and get you true results!

Так вот про результат и движение вперёд.
Как я вчера писала, тут не все однозначно 🤔
Когда ты ставишь перед собой цель похудеть - это круто и здорово, но цель кратковременна, даже если на это уйдёт 2 года. Эта цель конечна. 🔚
Кроме того, часто возникает эффект качелей. Это когда к отпуску на море/своему др/нг ты худеешь на 5 кг, а набираешь потом все 7, а то и 10 🐷Процесс бесконечный, тем и увлекательный. 🔛
Если ставим целью привести тело в порядок и ПОДДЕРЖИВАТЬ его в этом состоянии, то тут сложнее.
Сложнее потому что необходимо втемяшить себе в черепушку, что это навсегда, это образ жизни. Я бы даже сказала, что это образ мышления. Но вот при этом раскладе вчерашняя фраза работает на все 💯
Здесь сложно и долго, но в один момент становится легко и непередаваемо круто 🙌🏻
Но это путь. И этот путь гораздо длиннее, чем путь к "хочу похудеть".
Как-то так 🤷🏼‍♀️

My hubby (@anthonyschorg ) the chef 👨🍳 Chicken Stuffed with Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil 🌿
Makes 2 servings (we made 3)
Per serving
1 Leaner protein
½ vegetable
3 condiments
1 fat
Ingredients
• 2 (4/5 ounce)chicken breasts
• 4 ounces Sliced part skim mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup Grape tomatoes; sliced in half
• ¼ cup Basil leaves
• 1 3/4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board.
Using a sharp knife, cut slits across the chicken breast about 3/4 of the way through the chicken breast being careful not to cut all the way through. Depending on the size of your chicken breast, you're going to want around 6 to 8 slits per chicken breast.
Stuff each slit with a slice of mozzarella cheese, half a grape tomato and a basil leaf.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish that has been coated with non-stick baking spray.
Brush each chicken breast with olive oil.
Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 160 degrees.
