Gym crew last night smashing the Kanagroo Point stairs and enjoying a little drink afterwards.♀️ We did 30mins of as many laps as we could and then kicked back to enjoy the sunset over the Brisbane River. It was an awesome chill out and pretty happy to hang out with these lovely ladies and have a laugh.
My body is powered by at home workouts ... In the convenience and privacy of my basement ... In less than 60 minutes a day.
I workout where I want, when I want, and wear what I want. No commuting to the gym, worrying if I remembered to brush my teeth or waiting for a machine to open up.
Why am I sharing this with you? Because I am a busy wifey and mama who MAKES the choice to get it done. I MAKE the time. I make myself a priority. And as a result, I am a better wifey & mama.
