✅My daily meals usually consists of:
Big ass burritos
2+ sandwiches with 😱~bread~
Veggies, fruit, crackers, cookies, CANDY, steak, potatoes, more veggies, sometimes pizza & ice cream too.🤪🍦

There is NO👏🏻SUCH👏🏻THING👏🏻 as “good” or “bad” foods.
It’s 2019, we should know better by now.
There is only more nutritious foods, and less nutritious foods. Both can have a place in everyone’s diet.🤷🏻♀️
🤩This is why flexible dieting & the 80/20 rule is how I live my life, and how I teach my clients to make this a lifestyle!🌈
✅80% of daily food comes from more nutritious choices.
✅20% of it can come from things like cookies, candy, chips, ice cream.
👉🏻Whatever fits your macros you can have! *while you’re still hitting your micronutrient goals for things like fiber, vitamins. Seriously guys, you can eat like a “normal person” and not even feel like you’re dieting. (Because you’re not- you’re eating for your goals😉)
🚫STOP getting hung up on labels of “good and bad foods.” If someone is telling you that’s the only way- give em a big🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
Muscles and big glutes are not gonna be built with restrictive diets. Eat your carbs ladies.🍑💖 #bodybycarbs
