A great place to train and it was amazing to train in person with my coach right there with me after so many years without one. Plus I had Ellie Steel watching over me 😂

So, firstly we have squats at 80kg x 4 with tempo 3,1,0 then 85kg with 3 second negative x 2. For both of these Ryan had rollers in the way to prevent excess knee travel 👌🏼
