Confession: this is hard.
But that’s what it takes! Following a plan. And pushing towards my goals.
I use to do the same old treadmill/elliptical for 45 minutes... and not get where I wanted.
Or run around the gym, doing reps on this machine and that... has some sort of idea in my head... but didn’t really know if I was going to see results with it.
I did this for years.
Once I was ready to get back into fitness and nutrition, I decided that I needed an actual plan designed by nutritionists, personal trainers, and coaches... without spending $3848754 for it all.
I needed daily support/encouragement and actual guidance from the best and by fellow peers... for more than just 30 minutes a day and on my own the rest.
I wanted a community that I could access from phone, to reach out to, at anytime. And resources available to fit into my schedule.
I have found that plan. I have found that community. And I am thankful for this journey ahead.
