#investinyourself Struggling to find time to workout ? Or maybe your just not motivated . Ive been there before and here are some time tips that helped me & my clients get off our butts and make some changes !
1 - Consume content that is valuable for your life and follow people who truly inspire you to be better . So that you stay reminded of your goals .
2 - Talk to a friend who struggles to make changes and motivate each other . Make a plan together and hold each other accountable . Instead of meeting at a a restaurant to catch up , meet at a coffee shop in gym clothes and then head to the gym together . You can find many different workout routines on social media for beginners . It just about getting started and putting yourself in that environment . The more you get out of your comfort zone the more comfortable you will start to feel and this will allow you to create the habit of being consistent . Everyone is the gym will become familiar , you will start to make friends and then that place will be your comfort zone !
3 - Don’t want to hit the gym no problem , get a Mat and create a little small space in your place where you can stretch and move your body . Make it look pretty with some plants and some motivational picture frames to set you in the right mood every time you see it .
4 - Start your day earlier than usual . Take your time to get ready . Make your bed and start your day on a positive note . When your in a rush your starting your day with stress which will cause you to feel drained by the end of the day because this energy carries on . Try listening to an audio book or a podcast that can help you focus on your goals and stay optimistic about things your going through in your life
5 - Have a problem ? No problem ! Instead of being stuck and thinking , damn this is a problem ! Instead switch your focus and try to look at the situation in a different way so that you can come up with the solution . You may not have the solution immediately but the more you stay positive and know deep down there is always a solution and everything turns out ok in the end , then eventually your brain will start to get more creative and come up with ideas!
